Why Pamper Parties?

We all live busy and stressful lives so relaxation shouldn’t be something you only do on holiday. If you make it part of your regular routine, it can

  • Lower your blood pressure

  • Combat fatigue by promoting sleep

  • Aid memory and learning

  • Improve your immune system function

Some people find it easy to relax, others find it harder. That’s where the pamper parties come in. They give you a chance to "chill out" and to learn easy and effective stress reduction techniques.

 

Who Can Benefit?

Pamper parties are often of particular benefit to couples during pregnancy, brides to be (along with their Mums, Mum in laws to be, and bridesmaids) or anyone overwhelmed by the pre Christmas rush.

 

But just about anyone can enjoy the experience!

 

What Goes On?

After a light-hearted but informative look at stress (and how to avoid it) we end with a wonderful guided meditation using relaxing imagery to help you feel great. We do this as a group exercise but you also learn to use it at home by yourself.

 

How Long Does a Party Last?

Around two hours.

 

How Many People?

It depends on your venue, as everyone will need somewhere comfy to lay or sit. I'm happy to discuss this by phone or email.
