Relaxation
We all live busy and stressful lives but relaxation shouldn’t be
something you only do on holiday. If you make it part of your regular
routine, it can
-
Lower your blood pressure
-
Combat fatigue by promoting sleep
-
Aid memory and learning
-
Improve your immune system function
One-off or regular relaxation sessions can be given for a general sense
of well-being. Self hypnosis tuition is also available, so you can continue
to benefit from your new relaxation techniques at home.
Regular relaxation classes are in the planning stages, and relaxation sessions or self-hypnosis
workshops can be offered to
small groups
as well as individuals.
Pain
Control
Hypnotherapy and visualisation can be helpful
in reducing pain, both in long term and short term situations.
However, pain is the body's warning system and it's important not
to "turn it off" without identifying, and if necessary treating, the underlying cause. Therefore,
hypnosis to help with pain control can
normally only be undertaken with your doctor’s permission.
I would suggest booking one or two sessions initially,
to be repeated as required depending on the severity of your symptoms.
Other Issues
Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a wide variety of
difficulties, and to help personal development. It is an easy, effective and
non invasive way to put an end to many different problems.
You are welcome to contact me or to book a
free information
session to discuss your particular situation before committing yourself
to a course of therapy.
